You're Not Broken.
The World is Too Fast.

Your nervous system wasn't designed for this.

Constant notifications. Synthetic everything.

A racing mind that won't slow down.

You've tried meditation apps. Ten-step routines. Wellness trends that feel like more work.

What if the answer was simpler?

What if it came from cultures that understood calm before burnout became a business?

OUR VISION

Home as Practice,
Not Place

In Somalia, home is called Guuri. It means belonging—the rituals you carry with you.

My Hooyo (mother) used one ingredient for everything: Qasil from the Gob tree. She carried Frankincense like medicine. Not luxury. Necessity.

From the Indian Ocean to the Mediterranean to the Seine, I saw two worlds that needed each other. Somali nomadic wisdom—where minimalism reigns.

Parisian craft—beauty in transformation.

Arum.care bridges these Three Shores, creating portable sanctuaries for modern nomads searching for stillness that flows.

Coming Spring 2025.
